Intercultural Interactions in the Multicultural Workplace Traditional and Positive Organizational Scholarship

This volume explores the work environment in multinational corporations. To do so, it integrates studies on the organizational sciences, cross-cultural management, positive psychology and sociology within a single comprehensive framework.
